Our members specialize in commercial and industrial roofing, waterproofing, and other essential building trades that keep structures secure and communities thriving.
With a long-standing commitment to worker advocacy, we strive to ensure that all roofers receive the fair pay, benefits, training, and workplace protections they deserve. From negotiating strong collective bargaining agreements to fighting for safer job sites, our mission is to elevate the roofing trade for current and future generations.

We offer a 3-year apprenticeship program with a starting wage of $22.05/hr plus $5.69/hr in benefits. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) pension. Apprentices receive raises every 6 months as long as they show up to work on time, attend class, and complete monthly reports. Journeyman wages currently reach $33.92/hr plus benefits.
Apprenticeship includes OSHA 10 Construction Safety training and access to high-demand jobs—especially for those eligible to work on military bases and correctional facilities.
